Multi component reserve : ATLASRECTS-4983

Christos Anastopoulos requested to merge ATLAS-EGamma/athena:MultiComponent_reserve into master
  • Since we migrated from std::list to std::vector it seems we can reserve elements.
  • Merge one small class so as to fit in a single header
