MuonStationIntersectSvc: Test dead tube finding in MdtIntersectGeometry.

Add a unit test to exercise dead tube finding in MdtIntersectGeometry, in preparation for restructuring it address performance issues in the debug build.

(May time out in the debug build until the next MR.)
