Various tau analysis sequence improvements

This MR adds various improvements to the tau analysis sequence.

  • It is now unified with the rest of the lepton sequences (tracking decorations, shallow vs. deep copy, etc.).
  • Tau selector tool is public and shared.
  • Two additional looser selection configs are added
    • the baseline selection
    • the selection without ID requirements
  • Tau truth matching needs to be run earlier if needed.
