Start restructuring a bit the EMBremCollectionBuilder

The code does all the following (now and before)

  • Splits TRT-alone from Silicon
  • TRT are cloned
  • Silicon are refitted
  • For the refitted silicon we run also a new track summary
  • Then all Refitted, fail Refit and TRT are used to create 2 new collection
  • GSFTracks (slimmed) and GSFTrackParticles in storegate.

Here I try to break the separate pieces in am more clean way (do one thing over the relevant input at a time) , at some stage perhaps with some effort or due to other factors (TRT treatment etc) it might be able to break in different algs , not just different methods of one alg.
