adding TCC trimmed jets and constituents to FTAG5

@rjansky: can you confirm these are the minimal changes needed to include TCC trimmed jets and their constituents ("TrackCaloClustersCombinedAndNeutral") in this derivation? We've checked the output and contents look as expected, but it would be nice if you could confirm too. Thanks!
