Port derivation HIGG2D5 to HDBS2 and incorporate minor fixed

Dear All,

The following merge request is primarily to move the meson gamma derivation (HIGG2D5) to its new designation HDBS2. In doing so I have not touched any shared parts of DerivationFrameworkHiggs as I an not sure of the scope of the derivation use and how best to test that I have not introduced any regressions.

Along with the move I have also performed some minor maintenance on the derivation itself:

  • Setup TRUTH3 like truth container for the bosons with decay products.
  • Commuted print statements to use the logging service.

So far I have tested this on the analysis signal files which produces identical physics output however if there are any more suitable tests which I can run please let me know.
