Add FastTrackFinder to makeInDetAlgs

Add FastTrackFinder to makeInDetAlgs, reducing copy-paste in the menu code.

This shouldn't change any counts, but it is observed to change the electron counts. I think this is because the ID data preparation changes from generic names to e.g. InDetSCTRawDataProvider_Electron - I think before there was some interference. I have yet to confirm this.
