Updating electron loose ID to a recommended WP for the lepton fake estimation

Tomas Dado requested to merge tdado/athena:21.2-AT_validation_script_update into 21.2

This is a simple update to the validation script that is used by many analysers as a reference configuration file. The previous loose ID WP for electrons could lead to some problem estimating fake leptons. Switching to a recommended one.
