Added q440 test to TCT for pileup check

This is a MR to add the q440 test to the 21.0 TCT tests, to enabling the check of FT0V for transforms which include pile-up, which should prevent the problem found in https://its.cern.ch/jira/browse/ATLPHYSVAL-619
