Reinstate a10t chains in Physics_pp_v7_primaries

Teng Jian Khoo requested to merge khoo/athena:master-a10tchains-Physicsppv7 into master

These were (most likely) disabled due to a bug that has recently been fixed, but the affected chains were only reestablished in MC_pp_v8. Adding them to the primaries here means they can be validated in master as intended.
