Update showering algorithm check in TopExamples

This is an update of the b-tagging showering algorithm check performed in scripts for submission of grid jobs in TopExamples in AnalaysisTop. Updated database with cross-sections and showering generator is used, and support for showering algorithms is extended for Pythia8 setup with aMCatNLO.
