Externals Update, master branch (2019.08.05.)

The MR updates all projects to atlasexternals-2.0.36.

The new tag comes with the following updates (atlasexternals@2.0.35...2.0.36):

  • Added the ability to run checks on the (installed) python files of packages (thanks to @fwinkl);
  • Added FindTIFF.cmake to AtlasLCG.

The latter is meant to fix the issue described in ATLINFR-3144. As it turns out, LCG_96 now comes with its own version of libtiff. So to be able to produce certain kinds of images with ROOT, we have to set up this version of TIFF explicitly from inside of the LCG release. 😕
