Update Athena tests for CP algs

Tadej Novak requested to merge tadej/athena:analysis/tests into 21.2

Update Athena tests for CP algs:

  • run for data, full sim and AFII
  • do not run tests with jets for AthDerivation

No tests of CP algs should fail now.
