BPHY12 Derivation production for R Kstar Analysis

Developed the BPHY12 derivation format for the B to K* mumu analysis ATLBPHYS-33. Added the following signatures:

  • DiMuon
  • B_d->Kst(->Kplus Piminus) MuMu
