Automatic removal of dynamic variable in AOD for trigger

This (not yet final) MR addresses the automatic removal of dynamic variables, currently only for AODSLIM (and AMSG-R3 formats LARGE/SMALL). I am sure quite a few things can still be optimised and am happy to discuss this further to find a good way for the implementation.

Some of the things that needs to be still addressed:

  • Notify signatures to make sure variables that are needed, are included
  • What to do with BS format? Same list of variables to be kept?
