Propagate b-tagging updates into TOPQ formats

This MR essentially fixes a few last problems with the updated b-tagging containers in the derivations. And hopefully also revives the TOPQ4 ART tests. Changes are:

  • Add fixed-efficiency b-tagging decorations to EMTopo b-tagging container, instead of jet container
  • Fix cut string for event selection on TOPQ4 (which requires at least one MV2c10 85% b-tag)
  • Lists of extra variables now adjusted to follow new b-tagging containers
