Turning off b-jet thinning for data18/mc16e. Temporary fix.

This merge request saves relevant information to use b-jet triggers with data18/mc16e, turning off some features of the b-jet trigger thinning as discussed in https://its.cern.ch/jira/browse/ATR-19385 and https://its.cern.ch/jira/browse/ATLSUSYDPD-1905 This is a temporary fix to proceed with the derivation requests in https://its.cern.ch/jira/browse/ATLSUSYDPD-2028 and https://its.cern.ch/jira/browse/ATLSUSYDPD-2025 with SUSY1 format while a more permanent solution is found. To be reverted once a special derivation cache is built

In addition, as requested in the ticket, current changes in the FTAG output format are reverted for SUSY1 (changes in 63ec936d)
