Adds to SUSY2 info about nearest truth particle

Matthew Henry Klein requested to merge maklein/athena:SUSY2_extraTruthInfo into 21.2

Saves info corresponding to nearest truth particle, for rare cases where truth matching fails for leptons (mainly affects muons).
