EXOT8 removing EMTopo jets
This removes AntiKt4EMTopoJets since they will no longer be supported. Additionally, it adds thinning on AntiKt4EMPFlowJets as well as the b-tagging timestamped containers. It also adds HLT_xAOD__CaloClusterContainer_TrigEFCaloCalibFex which is needed for electron trigger matching.
