Fix ATLASRECTS-5114

Hi,

this fixes https://its.cern.ch/jira/browse/ATLASRECTS-5114 The MR updates the AmdcAth_GeometryTasks.py tests to use a recent muon layout (MuonSpectrometer-R.09.00.NSW which contains two NSWs).

Adding @rosati, @wleight, @cchau for muons SW

Adding @alaurier to inform him that ATLASRECTS-5114 is fixed in 21.3.
