Introduced doBjet in TrigHLTMonitoring package to use the global DQ driver script

Introduced doBjet in TrigHLTMonitoring package to be able to use the global DQ driver script to monitor b-jets. This is part of the Run-3 migration of the TrigBjetMonitoring code, see: ATR-19453, ATR-20079, ATR-20006 and ATR-19881. The code has been successfully tested on an AOD input file with MT access, see /afs/cern.ch/work/e/enagy/public/Run3TrigFeatureAccessTest_4/run_GDQ/mylog.txt.
