Minor update to seleciton of muons to fix ATLASRECTS-5100.

Mark Hodgkinson requested to merge mhodgkin/athena:eflowRec_ATLASRECTS_5100 into master

Now we only select muons which are expected to have an ID track, thus surpessing WARNING messages that told us about something that was not a real problem. ATLASRECTS-5100
