New electron/photon isolation WPs in AnalysisTop

See these slides (and links therein) for full details. The following WPs are implemented

  • electrons: HighPtCaloOnly, TightTrackOnly, Loose, Tight. They are still experimental (no SF yet!) and require derivations >21.2.60.0/p3830
  • photons: TightCaloOnly, Loose, Tight. They are still experimental (no SF yet!) and require derivations > 21.2.66.0/p3883
  • PFlow electrons: PflowLoose, PflowTight. These are listed as dangerous (no SF, non-optimal performance, not to be used in physics analyses) and require derivations >21.2.60.0/p3830
