AthenaConfiguration+others: Add onlyComponents arg to ComponentAccumulator.printConfig.

Add option to printConfig to allow restricting the set of components to be printed.

Use this in the config unit tests in CaloRec, CaloTools, and FastCaloSim to reduce the dependence on upstream changes.
