Revert "Merge branch 'ST-add_BLS_to_RDOtoRDOTrigger2' into 'master'"

This reverts merge request !26650 (merged) - activating the BLS chains in TrigAnalysisTest unfortunately caused AthenaMT based tests to be affected by ATR-20158, which is a blocker on validation. Suggest we revisit this merge once the underlying issue is fixed.
