Update AddZJetsWeights.py to include a mapping for new Zvv samples that are filtered in PTV, and new PTV 500_1000 and 1000_ECMS Wlv and Zll samples. The mapping scheme for these new PTV follows:

70_100: 2 (corresponds to Sherpa 2.2.0 V+jets sample 70_140) 100_140: 2 (corresponds to Sherpa 2.2.0 V+jets sample 70_140) 140_280:3 (corresponds to Sherpa 2.2.0 V+jets sample 140_280) 280_500:4 (corresponds to Sherpa 2.2.0 V+jets sample 280_500) 500_1000:5 (corresponds to Sherpa 2.2.0 V+jets sample 500_700 NOTE THE DIFFERENCE.) 1000_ECMS:7 (corresponds to Sherpa 2.2.0 V+jets sample 1000_2000 NOTE THE DIFFERENCE.)
