Fixes to HDBS1 for new btagging configuration

  • Updating HDBS1 to work with the new btagging containers.
  • Skimming on bjets in HDBS1 fixed similarly to EXOT8 by defining the cuts explicitly.
  • Moved entirely from EMTopo to EMPFlow R=0.4 jets. Changes tested on ttbar/ttX/data samples.
