Set the Cardinality of G4AtlasAlg to be equal to the number of threads for MT jobs

G4AtlasAlg is not yet ready to be made re-entrant, but this change will allow multiple copies of the algorithm to run at once by default in AthenaMT simulation jobs. This will be useful for ATLPHYSVAL-611.
