More updates for muon trigger monitoring for athenaMT (ATR-19997)

This MR gets the Z tag-and-probe code working in the legacy monitoring code with the MT feature access. I also fixed the access to the ID track container in the MuComb monitoring for the new MT container names. This is tested with test_trigAna_q221_RDOtoPhysval_mt1_build.sh.

Note, until ATR-20361 is fixed the Z tag-and-probe histograms will be empty (problem with L1 objects), but I checked locally that if I skip the L1 objects then the HLT object access seems to work ok, so I think we can merge this before ATR-20361 is fixed.
