Tau trigger optimisation of FTF tauCore track selection

This MR implements a BDT-based track selection in tau triggers, to find the most likely tau track among the tauCore tracks from the Fast Track Finder. The BDT implementation follows that of tauRecTools/TauTrackClassifier. Not much effort has been made to clean the existing 21.3 version of the code, it won't go into master until the BDT performance has been validated in MC. A few performance chains called "tracktwoMVABDT" have been added to the Physics_pp_v8 menu. The BDT is meant to be used by default in Run3. The weight file has been put in the calibration area on cvmfs. It is a preliminary tuning based on Run2 conditions.
