Reverting an unneeded change on the TGC RDO's

Stefano Rosati requested to merge rosati/athena:muon_mt_migration into master

One of the fixes for MT migration was including an unneeded change in the TGC coincidence data RDO, reverting the change. It was causing a crash in master.
