21.2 AnalysisTop: remove deprecated code and ART test

Tomas Dado requested to merge tdado/athena:21.2-AT-RemoveDeprecatedCode into 21.2

Removing top-xaod-v2 code that was supposed to be a light-weight replacement for top-xaod. But the code is actually not used by anyone, it is not maintained and crashes with the current setup.

Also removing ART test that used this code. The ART test was crashing anyway.
