Also do not include muon quality in the shallow copy

Tadej Novak requested to merge tadej/athena:analysis/muonq into 21.2

Add option to also not include muon quality in the shallow copy in the muon analysis sequence. This allows uniformly sized systematics containers as systematics also affect muon quality.

Keeping it enabled by default for backwards compatibility.
