PMGTruthWeightTool: properly handle samples with obscure weight names
Properly handle samples with obscure weight names in the PMGTruthWeightTool. If nominal weight is not detected, the first one is also considered nominal (but keeps being also the systematic variation).
Should fix ANALYSISTO-875.
