Update muon trigger reference files

The muon trigger reference files got to be rather out of date with recent developments, so updating now that things are stable.

Since these references get updated only once in a while, maybe you could just use the default mode of EOS-based reference rather than files in the source tree? This would mean though that you'd need to ask the Release & Validation team to update the reference when needed (normally Validation Rota would do this).

I was hoping to make more of an effort to keep them up to date as we change things, as they are quite helpful to check especially when making changes that shouldn't affect the counts. I just got a bit behind in keeping them up to date and gave up for a while. So it might be that they get updated somewhat more frequently (though most of the major developments are done, so maybe not). Though if there's a strong preference to move to EOS based references, this is also OK. Maybe we keep it as is for now and if the frequency of updates remains low, switch to eos?

Sure, fine with me. Just wanted to point out this possibility in case this would make the updates easier.
