Fix ATR-20270 -- warnings about EventShape

Teng Jian Khoo requested to merge khoo/athena:master-ATR20270 into master

Some inconsistencies were present in the EventShape SG key. Trigger needs to have the "HLT_" prefix to avoid clashing with offline in the future.

The other element of the fix was to avoid initialising the JetCalibrationTool RhoKey when no pileup calibration was needed.
