Updates needed for largeR jets for DAOD_PHYS format

Tomas Dado requested to merge tdado/athena:21.2-AT-DAOD_PHYS_LargeRjetsFix into 21.2

DAOD_PHYS is using TRUTH3 format for the truth information. TopTagger (also used for JES uncertainties) needs more configuration to deal with it
