Fix beam spot conditions handle initialization in xAODEventInfoCnv to fix AthExHelloWorld test failure.

Restore ignored pattern in DataModelRunTests.

Add pattern to ignored list that used to be in the package-specific post.sh. Fixes failures observed in master.
