Fixing SGInputLoader ERROR unable to find proxy for CaloTowers and CaloQuality

Closes ATR-20539

Commented out dependencies on TrigCaloQuality and CaloTowerContainer. The latter was only relevant for the sliding window clustering approach which is no longer used.
