Reshape MinBias test to use more of the menu infrastructure

With this MR the stand alone MinBias test is changed so that it resembles what it will be once integrated with the menu. Actual integration will happen when @somadutt does the MinBias chains insertion in the menu. Fixes JIRA: ATR-20116
