Modified JETM12 to reduce truth content.

Christopher Young requested to merge cyoung/athena:21.2-JETM12-Truth into 21.2

In JETM12 we want to keep truth leptons and status 1 particles with pT>8 GeV rather than all status 1 particles. This reduces the size of this derivation in MC by 23%.
