22.0-ART_tests-InDetPhysValMonitoring
Porting changes of MR !27958 (merged), written by @zschilla, by hand to master. Introducing an ART test script (ttbar) imported from 21.9 to start progress with JIRA ATLIDTRKCP-204. Changed to WIP to attempt to solve ATLPHYSVAL-628.
Removed the WIP, although I don't currently manage to run due to a crash in retrieving muon conditions.
