TrigOnlineMonitor: Monitor versions of all release projects

Monitor the version of all release projects instead of just the main Athena project. This ensures that local patches show up as WorkDir in the histogram. As a side effect it will now also show additional entries for GAUDI and AthenaExternals. Example:
