ATLASRECTS-5222: Update CP content for flavor tagging

This won't change any of the outputs for physics analysis, but it adds a lot of inputs for flavor tagging algorithms so that we can continue to train taggers on new derivations. The main changes to the code are:

  • Update the smart slimming lists to include all DL1r and SMT inputs
  • Ensure that these inputs are added to all jet collections where flavor tagging development is ongoing
  • Add retrained versions of DL1 and RNN for development jet collections
