Fix logical error that btag container is retrieved although it does not have to

I noticed that in the latest releases the b-tag containers are always retrieved, although I do not pipe a timestamped container key to the GetJets method. This MR should fix the issue reported in [ATLSUSYBGF-493] as well. Let me know if you're happy with the solution.
