Allow to monitor additional track collections (backport from master).

Generalised InDetPhysValMonitoring configuration to allow monitoring additional track collections.

• No impact expected if defaults are not changed.
• RunTier0Tests was complaining about an additional warning "WARNING The flag doValidateTracksInJets is already in", but that should be fixed now.
