GsfMaterialEffectsUpdator Replace Amg::VectorX with AmgVector(5)

  • Replace Amg::VectorX with AmgVector(5)
  • When printing an ERROR one could prb return a nullptr... (otherwise prb is a WARNING)
  • Remove a few VERBOSE / DEBUG
