AnalysisTop - Added DL1r to CI and ART tests, removed deprecated btag WPs

Since DL1r will become the recommended tagger, adding it to the configurations used for CI and for ART tests. Also adding anew configuration that uses PFlow jets that should be used for CI tests.

Removing deprecated btag WPs and taggers.
