Remove ERROR keyword from MuonAlignmentErrorDbTool

Hi,

this MR just removes the ERROR word from the printout of the MuonAlignmentErrorDbTool such that checks for ERROR in log files do not get this false positive (already fixed in master, thus only sweeping to 21.9).
