Adding multiplicity calculations to JSS code

This MR adds a couple of new multiplicity calculations to JSS packages. They should be of interest for q/g tagging and for study in the GSC. For more information, please also see

Please don't merge this until Jet/MET return in January! :)

FYI, these calculations are currently disabled (commented out) as they are not being added to any DAODs yet. But those lines have been left in on-purpose, so that this is easy to reactivate later.
